1. Return Eligibility
At Best Graphic Cards USA, we accept returns for eligible products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition in which it was received. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all manufacturer seals, accessories, manuals, anti-static bags, cables, and protective materials. Any missing components or signs of installation may result in denial of the return or a restocking fee.
Graphics cards and computer hardware are considered sensitive electronic components. Once installed or physically altered, they may not be eligible for return unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Products that have been installed, modified, or physically damaged

Clearance or final-sale items (if marked as such at purchase)

Digital products or downloadable software
This policy is designed to protect product integrity and prevent fraudulent hardware swaps.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos or video evidence may be required to verify the issue.
If a defect is confirmed, we will provide instructions for return and either:

All verified defective items are covered at no additional cost to the customer.
4. Return Authorization Process
All returns require prior approval. Customers must contact our support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any product back.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the sender.
Once approved, customers will receive detailed return instructions, including the return address and packaging guidelines.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring high-value electronics such as graphics cards.
Best Graphic Cards USA is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
6. Inspection and Restocking Fees
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If the product is returned in original condition, a refund will be processed minus any applicable restocking fee. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to non-defective returns to cover payment processing and inspection costs.
If the product shows signs of installation, wear, damage, or missing components, the return may be denied or subject to a higher restocking deduction.
7. Refund Processing
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment without penalty. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without attempting resolution may result in account restrictions and delayed processing.
We reserve the right to provide documentation, delivery confirmation, and transaction records to financial institutions in the event of a dispute.
10. Manufacturer Warranty
Many graphics cards and hardware products include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage terms vary by brand and manufacturer.
After the return window closes, warranty claims may need to be processed directly through the manufacturer. We will assist customers with manufacturer contact details when applicable.
